Ebury Court Care Home is a team effort co-ordinated by our founders; Mr RCW Key (Chairman) and his son, Mr RD Key (Managing Director) and Senior Management: Beverley Manzar (Registered Manager), Ann Ayris (Care Practice, Development and Research Manager), Debbie Langdon (Training Manager) and Ajeesh Thomas (Registered Nursing Associate). Between them, they are responsible for our team of over forty staff and for maintaining our exceptional standards and upholding our company beliefs.
Our care team and ancillary staff all have training in Dementia Care, Namaste Care, Infection Control, First Aid, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults (SOVA), Manual Handling, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Dignity and Palliative Care. We are proud to have held the “Investors in People” award since May 1999.
We are a multi-award winning care home, twice rated outstanding by CQC which we believe evidences the superb quality of our entire service. We have a high staff / resident ratio and our residents are supported to participate in all choices about every aspect of their daily lives, including those with dementia and staff are fully trained to enable this. Our Chefs prepare top-quality fresh food daily to ensure our residents enjoy nutritious and appetising meals. We continue to reinvest in our environment ensuring our facilities are safe, modern and comfortable.
